Shipping and processing via MeinEinkauf.ch

To use our shop from Switzerland, we recommend working with MeinEinkauf.ch. Here’s how it works:

  1. Registration: Create a free account at MeinEinkauf.ch.
    You will receive a MeinEinkauf.ch email address (e.g., mustermann@MeinEinkauf.ch).
  2. Use your shipping address: Use the special MeinEinkauf.ch email address when placing your order in our shop.
    IMPORTANT! Shipping AND billing address: MeinEinkauf GmbH, Maybachstr.19, 78467 Konstanz
  3. Customs clearance: MeinEinkauf.ch takes care of customs formalities and any fees.
  4. Delivery: Your order will be delivered directly to your home.

The MeinEinkauf.ch team will also be kept informed about the status of your order so that it can be sent to your address in Switzerland as quickly as possible.

You can then view the status of your order approximately 48 hours after receipt at www.meineinkauf.ch under “My Orders.”

The same shipping costs apply to orders placed via MeinEinkauf.ch as to deliveries within Germany:

  • Standard shipping: €4.90 per order
  • Free shipping: We ship free of charge for orders over €80.
